We aim to despatch orders within two working days, subject to stock availability, although this may be longer at busy times. We will keep you informed about the status of your order until we have dispatched it.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, normally using the Standard Parcel service. If your order can be sent in a smaller package, such as a standard letter, we will automatically select and charge you for the cheaper option. Prices include packaging costs.
