If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can email us at help@pointzerogames.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods to us in accordance with the following paragraph.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that you return it to us in saleable condition with its original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the goods are faulty in which case we will refund the postage.
If you do decide to return an item, please contact us using the methods shown on our about us/contact page, and we will give you a returns number, and provide you with the address to which to send the item(s).
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
When posting the item back to us, please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will then be able to prove that the item(s) have been returned.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel a purchase. In such cases, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are a EU customer canceling your purchase within the seven-day cooling off period.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
